Returns will incur a charge of COP 9,500, which will be deducted from your refund if you make an online return. Exceptions may apply.
We hope you love everything you've ordered, but if you wish to make a return, you have 15 days to do so.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any of the physical stores in which we participate. For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned.
