We are Vera Leather Design, a company registered in Colombia with address at Calle 116 N. 55 C 40, Bogotá, Colombia. Our NIT is 1022369363-4. Vera Leather Design (hereinafter "Vera," "Seller," "we," or "our") markets products under the "Vera" brand in Colombia and operates the website www.veratelier.com ("Website").

This page, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, provides information about us and the legal terms under which we sell the products listed on our Website.

To meet the needs and expectations of our customers, we have implemented a remote sales network for certain products through the Website, in parallel with our direct and exclusive points of sale. The list of Vera products available for online sale is published on the Website.

Vera is committed to providing clear and fair Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy for the customer. These terms do not affect your legal rights.

These Terms of Sale and any contract between you and us are available only in English and are governed exclusively by applicable Colombian law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Before making a purchase, please read these terms carefully. To complete a purchase, you will be asked to accept these terms.

The use of our online sales service is reserved exclusively for private consumers. It is not permitted to resell, rent, or transfer products purchased on the Website for commercial or professional purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

These Terms of Sale are published on the Website for your review, storage, and reproduction.

If you do not accept these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to make purchases on our Website.

1. Product Orders

Orders may be placed by persons of legal age and without legal impediments.

Orders may be placed in English via the Website or through our customer service, Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day (GMT-1), except holidays.

It is mandatory to provide a valid email address to receive information about the order and the Terms of Sale.

We reserve the right to modify limits on the quantity and/or type of products available for distance selling at any time.

Before completing the purchase, an order summary will be displayed, including product descriptions, sizes (if applicable), total price with shipping costs, and a representative digital image.

Although we strive to faithfully represent the products in photographs, variations may exist due to the technical configuration of each device. We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from these technical differences.

2. Product Pricing

Product prices include all taxes and duties, unless otherwise indicated on the Website or on the order page. All prices are in COP and include VAT.

3. Order Completion

An order is complete when the customer confirms and submits it. By doing so, the customer unreservedly accepts these Terms of Sale.

If an order is incomplete, incorrect, or the products are unavailable, Vera reserves the right to refuse it and notify the customer.

4. Payment Methods

The customer must make payment using one of the methods indicated on the order form.

For credit card payments, the transaction is processed once the order is accepted. We use PayU for secure online payment management.

If for any reason payment cannot be debited, the purchase will be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide and provide a tracking number for each order. Shipping costs are included in the final price.

Delivery time may vary depending on additional verifications, product availability, and carrier logistics. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays.

We do not ship to PO boxes or areas restricted by export regulations.

For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must comply with our return policy:

  • They must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase must be included.
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be shipped within 5 days of return authorization.

To cancel a purchase, the customer must complete the cancellation form and send it to info@verabyvera.com.

If the return is approved, we will refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
